Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of Section 23 being marked by a Harrison
monument; thence North 89 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds West 337 40 feet along the North line of said
quarter Section; thence South 20 degrees 07 minutes 12 seconds West a distance of 149.74 feet to the
southwest intersection of the rights -of -way for 146`h Street and River Road as described in Instrument No.
2001 -65741 in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County Indiana, thence North 89 degrees 15
minutes 33 seconds 1,140.90 feet along the southerly right -of -way line of said 146`'' Street to the Point of
Beginning of this description, thence South 11 degrees 07 minutes 27 seconds West 288.88 feet; thence
South 22 degrees 37 minutes 17 seconds East 183.32 feet; thence South 29 degrees 24 minutes 33
seconds West 283.50 feet; thence South 65 degrees 33 minutes 57 seconds West 228.54 feet; thence
North 56 degrees 55 minutes 17 seconds West 125.12 feet; thence North 00 degrees 35 minutes 29

00 minutes 00 seconds West 164.14 feet to the southerly right -of -way line of said 146`h Street; thence
South 89 degrees 15 minutes 53 seconds East 427.90 feet along said right -of -way to the place of
beginning and containing 6.925 acres, more or less.
This subdivision consists of 57 lots numbered 1 -57 (all inclusive), two Blocks labeled Block "A" and
Block ` B ' and 1 Common Areas labeled C.A. #1 (all inclusive). The size of lots and width of streets are
shown in feet and decimal parts thereof.
