seconds East along the South line of said Quarter Section 628.70 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of
this description; thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 16 seconds West 1,452.36 feet to a point on a
curve concave southerly, the radius point of said curve being South 09 degrees 17 minutes 15 seconds
West 165.00 feet from said point said point also being on the Eastern boundary of Heather Knoll

within the cross referenced survey plat, and that to the best of my knowledge and belief there has
