Cripe, Inc. 7172 Graham Road Indianapolis, IN 46250 Re: Coxhall Park & Gardens -- Bell Tower- 05050009 V Dear Mr. Grubb: At the meeting held Monday~ May 23, 2005, Cannel Advisory Board'of Zotring Appeals Hearing Officer took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at the 'northeast comer of 116th Street and Towne Road. APPROVED: Docket No. 05050009 V: Development Standards Variance for maximum height with the following commitments: Lighting: That the lighting will be internal illumination for the clock, soft back lighting for the bells, up- lighting, for the tower, and no point-source lighting seen from ground level (hidden/recessed bulbs), and Bell Noise: That the petitioner will work with the City regarding the plan for the programming and decibel level of the bells. Please be advised that per Section 3iJ.05.05.~ Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development ,Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1). year. By that time, ,either continuous construction of the improvements must be urtderway, or a written request fora one..;time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is April 6, 2006. When applying for applications for permits regarding the improvements contained within this ,approval, please include a copy of this letter with your application materials in orde'r to assist the Department's review.
