LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, and part of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 25, both in Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Clay Township,
Carmel, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast comer of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36,
Township 18 North, Range 3 East; thence South 89 degrees 12 minutes 13
seconds West (bearing from a survey by American Consulting, Inc. dated May
31, 2000) 1227.79 feet along the North line of said Northeast Quarter Section
to a point on the West right -of -way line of Third Avenue Southwest and the
Point of Beginning; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 12 seconds West
16.55 feet along said right -of -way, thence South 02 degrees 09 minutes 15
seconds West 123.25 feet along said right -of -way line; thence South 59
degrees 17 minutes 46 seconds West 29.91 feet to the proposed right -of -way
of 126th Street; thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes 36 seconds West 135.17
feet along said proposed right -of -way, thence North 00 degrees 12 minutes 12
seconds East 159.76 feet to the proposed South right -of -way of Autumn Drive;
thence North 89 degrees 12 minutes 13 seconds East 165.04 feet along said
proposed right -of -way to the West right -of -way of Third Avenue Southwest;
thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 12 seconds West 6.50 feet along said
right -of -way to the Point of Beginning, and containing 0.596 acres, more or
less.
