THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS TO VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND FIELD CONDITIONS WITH THE DRAWINGS. NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT IF ANY VARIANCES PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK, IN WRITTEN FORM, 5. ANY WORK THAT IS REQUIRED TO TAKE PLACE AT NIGHT OR DURING OFF HOURS SHALL BE VERIFIED WITH THE LANDLORD'S REPRESENTATIVE AND ITS COST TO BE INCLUDED IN THE BID, PROTECT THE PREMISES AND ADJOINING AREAS FROM ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE WORK. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR ANY DAMAGE ARISING FROM HIS WORK. 7. ALL WORK IS TO BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL GOVERNING CODES, ORDINANCES AND AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION. GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AND PAYING FOR ALL REQUIRED BUILDING PERMITS. 8. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS TO HAVE A FULL TIME QUALIFIED SUPERVISOR ON THE SITE AT ALL TIMES, WHILE WORK IS BEING PREFORMED. 9. WITHIN FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS OF THE AWARD OF THE CONTRACT THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE ARCHITECT WITH A PROPOSED PROJECT SCHEDULE (BAR GRAPH FORM) INDICATING THE START AND COMPLETION DATES OF EACH STAGE OF THE WORK BY EACH TRADE. AT THE SAME TIME, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO SUBMIT TO THE OWNER, DOCUMENTATION INDICATING ORDERING AND DELIVERY DATES OF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: CEILING TILE AND GRID, HVAC EQUIPMENT AND DIFFUSERS, CONTRACTOR SUPPLIED ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. 10, ALL MATERIAL SPECIFIED IS TO BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS. GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS TO CONSTRUCT PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCUMENTS, ANY DEVIATION FROM THE INTENT OF THE DOCUMENTS, WITHOUT ARCHITECTS APPROVAL, ARE AT THE CONTRACTOR'S OWN RISK AND MAY RESULT IN THE WORK BEING DONE OVER AT CONTRACTOR'S EXPENSE (MATERIALS AND LABOR). 11, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS TO GUARANTEE ALL WORK INCLUDING WORK DONE BY SUBCONTRACTORS FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR COMENCING WITH THE DATE OF TOTAL COMPLETION OF THE WORK.
