APPROVED: Docket Nos. 12110008 UV and 12120019 V:Use Variance,for a school on an M-3/Manufacturing Park zoned property and Development.Standards Var-iance.for a reduced amount of parking,from 94 spaces to 71 spaces. Please be-advised that per Section 30:05.0., Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the.aforementionedDevelopment Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years.By that time,..either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or.a:written request for-a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval panted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval as January 29,2016.
