Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on January 29, 2013, at
6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a
Public Hearing upon a Use Variance application and Development Standard variance application
for the 3.36 acres +/- generally located on the northeast corner of US 31 and Main Street to allow
for a one -story financial institution. The real estate affected by said applications is more
particularly described as parcel number 16- 09- 26- 00 -00- 001.001.
