APPROVED: Docket Nos.12120004 UV and 12120005 V: Use Variance for permitted uses in the US 31 Overlay District to allow a financial institution to occupy 100%of the building and Development Standards Variance for minimum building height of 38 feet and 3 occupiable floors, 1 floor requested with the Commitments that a financial institution will be the only permitted retaiUservice use, and that the building will have four-sided architecture. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is January 29,2016.
