At the meeting held Tuesday,January 29,2013,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance(V) filed by you for the property located at.1388
Queens Way.
APPROVED: Docket No 12120014 V:Development Standards Variance to allow an accessory structure to he erected
forward of the front line of the principal building.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approval is valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements
must be underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approval is January 29,2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit applications.
