Dear Ms. Reddick:
At the meeting held Tuesday,January 29,2013,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer took the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at 13450
North Meridian Street, Suite 355.
APPROVED: Docket No. 13010001 V and 13010002 V: Development Standards Variances for Number of Signs(4
proposed, 3 allowed)and Wall sign exceeds Spandrel Panel height(100%proposed,70%allowed).
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development
Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time,either continuous construction of the
improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been
received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approvals is January 29,2016.
Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
