The Board voted four(4} in favor, zero (0) opposed, thereby approving the petition with the Commitments as modified below: . Martin Marietta agrees not to extract sand or gravel from Mueller North until such time as the BZA has had at.. least one meetingat.\""/hich to consider either the remanded ,applica~on, or a neVi application has duly considered either, "the remanded application or a new application and made their decisioIi.
