In reference to the comments from the Planning Department regarding Docket No. 13020017,
New house at 121 3rd Street NW, Carmel, please see our responses listed below.
Re:
3. The check will be delivered 2/26/2013
4. See attached Plat `Exhibit #1'
The two homes to the west have front yard setback of 25' and 15' respectively.
This is an average of 20', which is what we have projected.
5. All exterior lighting are to be recessed /can lights
6. See attached 'Exhibit #2'
7. All siding to be cement board
8. & 9. Color and stone selection — see 'Exhibit #3'
10. & 11. see 'Exhibit #4' for labeled elevations
12. The two closest contributing buildings per your referenced Carmel Zoning ordinance
have been removed and replaced with new structures that are both well within the
allowed "7 ft" . Our structure will be 31 It (see attached building elevations 'Exhibit #4').
