OVERALL LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35 and part of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 36, Township 18 North, Range 3 East, of the Second Principal
Meridian, in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana.
Block Six (6) in Secondary Replat of Block 6, Carmel Science and Technology
Park, as per plat thereof, recorded August 6, 1998 as Instrument 98- 43623,
in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana. (platted 7.31 Ac.
Except a parcel conveyed to the City of Carmel, as Instrument No.
2003 -14752 in the Office of the Recorder, Hamilton County Indiana, more
particularly described as follows;
A part of Block 6 in Carmel Science and Technology Park, the plat of which
was recorded on November 20, 1986 in Plat Book 13, Pages 65 through 71
in the Office of the Recorder of Hamilton County, Indiana, and being that part
of the grantor's land lying within the right of way lines depicted on the
attached Right of Way Parcel Plat, marked Exhibit "B ", described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said block, designated as point "93" on
said plat; thence North 14 degrees 31 minutes 06 seconds West 38.22 feet
along the western line of said block to point "27" designated on said plat;
thence Northeasterly 141.93 feet along an arc to the left and having a radius
of 535.00 feet and subtended by a long chord having a bearing of North 71
degrees 28 minutes 05 seconds East and a length of 141.51 feet to point
"309" designated on said plat; thence South 43 degrees 03 minutes 04
seconds East 12.53 feet to point "310" designated on said plat; thence South
42 degrees 05 minutes 11 seconds East 10.37 feet to point "311" designated
on said plat; thence Northeasterly 207.81 feet along an arc to the left having
a radius of 557.00 feet and subtended by a long chord having a bearing of

designated on said plat; thence along said Northeastern line Southeasterly
19.82 feet along an arc to the left and having a radius of 735.00 feet and
subtended by a long chord having a bearing of South 43 degrees 13 minutes
37 seconds East and a length of 19.81 feet to point "122" designated on
said plat, which point is on the west line of said block; thence along said
west line Southwesterly 29.96 feet along an arc to the right and having a
radius of 20.00 feet and subtended by a long chord having a bearing South 1
degree 05 minutes 17 seconds East and a length of 27.23 feet to point
"121" designated on said plat, which point is on the Southeastern line of said
block; thence South 41 degrees 49 minutes 23 seconds West 28.72 feet along
said Southeastern line to point "119" designated on said plat; thence along
said Southeastern line Southwesterly 375.97 feet along an arc to the right and
having a radius of 640.00 feet and subtended by a long chord having a
bearing of South 58 degrees 39 minutes 09 seconds West and a length of
370.59 feet to the point of beginning and containing 14,004 square feet or
0.321 acres, more or less. Containing overall 6.987 Ac. + /- (net).

Under authority provided by Chapter 174, Acts of 1947, enacted by the General Assembly
of the State of Indiana, and all acts amendatory thereto, and an Ordinances adopted by the
Common Council of the City of Carmel, Indiana, this plat was given approval by the City
of Carmel. Indiana. as follows:

1. EASEMENTS FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITIES: The lot is subject to drainage easements and utility easements either separately or in combination, as
shown on the plat, which are reserved for the use of public /private utility companies and governmental agencies as follows:
A. DRAINAGE EASEMENTS (D.E.) are created to provide paths and courses for area and local storm drainage, either overland or in underground
conduit, to serve the needs of the subdivision and adjoining ground and /or public drainage system; and it shall be the individual responsibility of the
lot owner to maintain the drainage across his own lot. Under no circumstances shall said easement be blocked in any manner by the construction or
reconstruction of any improvement, nor shall any grading restrict the water flow in any manner. Said areas are subject to construction or
reconstruction to any extent necessary to obtain adequate drainage at any time by any governmental authority having jurisdiction over drainage of the
subdivision.
B. UTILITY EASEMENTS (U.E.) are created for the use of public utility companies, not including transportation companies, for the installation of pipes,
mains, ducts, and cables.
C. The owners in this addition shall take title subject to the rights of public /private utilities and governmental agencies to said easements herein
granted for ingress and egress in, along and through the strips of ground for the purposes herein stated.
This subdivision shall be known and designated as BLOCK 6, CARMEL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK with Lots numbered 1A and 2A.

being the owner of record of the real estates shown and described hereon, does hereby
