Dear Evans:
Pursuant to Section 23D.04 of the Carmel Zoning Ordinance, the Department of Community Services has taken
the following administrative action regarding the request of Site Plan and Design Review (SDR) in Old Town for
the property located at 121 3rd Street NW:
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS: The Department approved the attached revised site plan and revised
architectural building elevations, with the condition that you seeks approval for a non - enforcement agreement
through the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office, regarding that 75 -ft wide JW Morrow Regulated Drain Easement
that partially runs through the site, and that you submit documentation to DOCS regarding said agreement.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for
permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
