I have not looked at this project in a long time and cannot remember all of the Department of Engineering issues that were to be addressed. To answer your question, no, satisfying the Department of 12ngineet~ng issues based on our review will not allow you to obtain an ILP. As a condition of the Board of Pubii~ Works and Safety approval of the curb cut modifications, you must obtain INDOT approval of the roadway modificatic~r~s. The Department will not approve the dra~vings until those approvals are obtained which will prevent you from obtaining an ILP. The Department will move forward in the process of reviewing the drav4ngs and get to the point that when the INDOT approval is obtained, then you would be ~ble to quickly obtain your ILP.
