Test soil to determine pH and nutrient levels. (Contact you county SWCD or Cooperative Extension office for assistance and soils information, including available testing services.) 2. If soil pH is unsuitable for the species to be seeded, apply lime according to test recommendations. 3. Fertilize as recommended by the soil test. If testing WVJ was not done, consider applying 400 -600 lbs. /acre of 12 -12 -12 analysis, or equivalent, fertilizer. 0 4. The contractor shall schedule a Pre - construction p meeting with the Hamilton County Soil and Water N W Conservation District prior to any construction on tL the site being started. Post Constuction water quality measures shall be O placed in this area. 5. Perimeter Silt fencing to be installed, Denotes permanent seeding &mulch areas Seeding rate: 130# /acre or 3# /1000 S.F. 6. Grade the site (sides of swales, mounds and ponds to be seeded and mulched irnmediately upon completion. If the site remain-3 inactive for a period of 15 days, stabilization is required to take place in the form of temporary O seeding, mulch or spray on polimar. For temporary seeding, the contractor shall utilize a fast growing seed of either oats, annual ryegrass, wheat or rye depending on time of year. Disturbed areas should be kept to a Denotes seeding w /fiber blanket #S150 by North American Green minimum at all times. Q 7. Storm inlets are to be protected immediately after installation with Drop Inlet Protection or Fiber w Logs. 8. Contractor shall install all sanitary sewers, storm Y sewers, subsurface drains, curbs, pavement and water mains. Disturbed areas will be stabilized V) after the storm and sanitary are installed. U Disturbed areas will be stabilized after curbs, SSD and pavement are completed unless utilities are starting construction within 15 days of completing the curbs. Stabilize disturbed areas after the Q utilities are installed. 11.
