Included with this letter is a site design review application and supplemental information
for Lot M at Blackwell Park Subdivision on 2nd Ave NE. We are filing these plans on
behalf of our clients Mark and Carolynn Wyatt.
As previously discussed, we will be submitting this SDR package in two phases. Today
we are submitting the required information in order for us to pull the building permit.
This includes both the lot plan and the home plans with four-sided elevations.
The items we will provide for you at a later date, but prior to finalization of the home and
installation will be the following:
® Exterior Colors for Paint, Gutters, Roofing, and Brick
• Landscape Plan
