1. PAVEMENT TO BE INSPECTED BY ENGINEER PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF SURFACE COAT.
IF PAVEMENT HAS NOT WITHSTOOD CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC REPLACEMENT MAY BE NECESSARY.
2. ALL MANHOLE AND INLET CASTINGS THAT FALL WITHIN EXISTING AND PROPOSED ASPHALT
SHALL HAVE A 10" MINIMUM CONCRETE COLLAR THE FULL DEPTH OF THE ASPHALT.
3. CONTRACTOR SHALL PRESERVE EXISTING TREES WHEREVER POSSIBLE. OWNER AND OWNER'S
REPRESENTATIVE SHALL BE CONSULTED FOR CLEARING LIMITS. CLEARING LIMITS SHALL CONSIST
OF ALL TREES WITHIN RIGHT-OF-WAY AND ADJACENT UTILITY EASEMENTS, UTILITY INSTALLATION
LIMITS AND CUT FILL AREAS.
4. TEMPORARY TRAFFIC CONTROL DURING CONSTRUCTION TO CONFIRM TO APPLICABLE LOCAL
