The applicant seeks to ,plat a residential subdivision of77 lots on 61.21 acres. The site is
located at 11901 Shelbome Road. The site is zoned S l/Residence.
Filed by Steve Hardin of Bingham McHale LLP for Leeds, LLC.
The Subdivision Committee forwards the primary plat and subdivision waivers to the full Plan
Commission with a 4-0 favorable recommendation. The applicant has worked with the neighbor
to the south to address acc'ess to the property. The applicant should report on the status of their
agreement at the meeting.
The Department recommends approval of this Primary Plat subject to the recording of the
proposed written commitments.
Additional Note: Written findings are required for action on the Primary Plat and waiver
requests. The applicant shallpre~ent these to the Commission at the meeting prior to approval.
Background:
The applicant is proposing a 77-1ot subdivision on 60+/- acres to be platted under the Residential
Open Space Ordinance (ROSO) requirements. Please see the revised infonnational packet
