UTILITIES ARE UNMODIFIED.
LOBBY
THE LOBBY WORK CONSISTS OF REMOVAL OF EXISTING
NON - STRUCTURAL PLANTER WALLS, COLUMNS AND
MILLWORK_ NEW FURNITURE, WALL COVERING AND
CARPET ARE INSTALLED THROUGHOUT THE SPACE.
A "MARKET" SUNDRIES SHOP IS EXISTING TO REMAIN
ADJACENT TO THE FRONT DESK.
THE EXISTING BUFFET SNEEZE GUARD IS REPLACED IN
THE SAME LOCATION WITH AN NSF APPROVED SNEEZE
GUARD.
MINOR ELECTRICAL RE= LOCATION IS REQUIRED AS
PART OF THE WALL RELOCATIONS. A NEW CIRCUIT IS
ADDED FOR A NEW CHANDELIER AND THE NEW MARKET
EQUIPMENT. ELECTRICAL LOAD OF THE BUILDING
REMAINS SUBSTANTIALLY UNCHANGED.
CORRIDORS
CORRIDORS AND STAIRS RECEIVE NEW CARPET AND
VINYL WALL COVERING. ALL TEXTURED AND GYPSUM
CEILINGS ARE PAINTED. ALL DECORATIVE CEILING
FIXTURES ARE REPLACED IN SAME LOCATION WITH NEW
FIXTURE OF LOWER WATTAGE. NEW DOWNLIGHTS IN
EXISTING CIRCUITS ARE ADDED.
GUESTROOMS = TYPICAL
TYPICAL GUESTROOMS RECEIVE NEW WALL COVERING,
CARPET, ARTWORK AND FURNITURE REPLACEMENT. THE
VANITY IS REPLACED IN THE SAME LOCATION AT
DIFFERENT HEIGHT, WITH A NEW SINK AND GRANITE
VANITY. THE "WELCOME LIGHT" WALL SCONCE IS
REPLACE IN THE SAME LOCATION WITH A SIMILAR
FIXTURE. THE VANITY LIGHT FIXTURE IS RELOCATED
FROM THE SIDEWALL TO THE MIRROR WALL. THE NEW
DECORATIVE FIXTURE IS OF LOWER WATTAGE THAN THE
EXISTING REPLACED LIGHT.
GUESTROOMS = ACCESSIBLE
EXISTING ACCESSIBLE ROOMS THAT ARE
SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLIANT RECEIVE SIMILAR
TREATMENT TO STANDARD GUESTROOMS, WITH
