The Bench Mark Is a Railroad Spike in the East side of a power pole 100' +/- South of the Tr !County property on the West side of Guilford Street. Elevation = 840.69 feet 2. Underground utilities as shown hereon are approximate locations only from information provided by the utility companies. Exact locations should be verified in the field prior to excavation by contacting the appropriate utility company. 3. This plot was prepared without the benefit of current title research regarding easements and restrictions. All easements shown hereon were taken from prior surveys of the site. POSSESSION /OCCUPATION The subject property was evaluated In terms of evidence of possession near the boundary. Between the parcels, the only improvement close to the line is a parking area which is in excess of 12 feet from the line. Along the West line of Parcel 11. the parking area fall as close as 1.0 foot East of the line. A path meanders through the South portion of Parcel 1, but is tied into sidewalks leading to buildings on the subject site. creating no uncertainty. A gravel path also runs. more or less. along the East line of Parcel I and encroaches up to 5.3 feed into the property. To the North of Parcel 1. lawns maintained by owners within Kensington Place extend 32 feet, more or less, into the subject property. Uncertainty due to occupation is therefore estimated to be 32 feet for this survey. The theoretical uncertainty of position of the lines and corners of this survey due to measurements is within the specifications for a Class 8 Retracement Survey (0.25 feet). The above described real estate lies within Zone C Flood Hazard Boundary, as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Map. Community -Panel No. 180081 0003 C dated May 19. 1981 prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. However. the prior Bishop survey shows a floodway and 100 -year flood limit based on an engineering study of Cool Creek. The limits of said boundaries ore shown hereon based on the Bishop survey.
