The applicant seeks approval for a wall sign. The site is located at 1122 Keystone Way.
The site is zoned B-8/Business.
Filed by Don Miller of A Sign By Design for Sears Hardware
The applicant is requesting ADLS Amendment approval of a new wall sign. Please see
informational packet distributed with the agenda. The proposed sign is similar to the existing.
The Department requests the applicant verify that the white outline that is part of the existing
sign will be removed. More information must be presented regarding the color of the proposed
sign including the trim caps, returns and illumination type. This should be presented at the
meeting.
The Department recommends that the Special Studies Committee approve the request after
all comments .and concerns have been addressed.
Note: The item only requires approval by the Special Studies Committee.
