SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING CLARIFICATION FROM THE ARCHITECT PRIOR TO BID THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS OF SUBMITTAL AND PROCEEDING WITH ANY WORK ALL FABRICATED ITEMS, i,ND PHYSICAL SAMPLES OF IN QUESTION. ALL FINISH MATERIALS SP CIFIED TO THE ARCHITECT FOR REVIEW. THESE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ARE INTENDED TO DESCRIBE ONLY THE SCOPE AND APPEARANCE OF REVIEWED SHOP DRAWiN(.,,S AND SUBMITTALS BY THE REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING THE OTHERS SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS PART OF PERFORMANCE AND LEVEL OF QUALITY EXPECTED OF THE CONTRACT DOCUIMEN r S.
