We offer the following comments: CONSTRUCTION DRAWING REVIEW COMMENTS 1. Previous Comment 14 of a letter dated November 30, 2012. On C200, the note for the entrance on 116' €' Street refers to Landscape Plans. Details for this entrance were not included on the Landscape Plans. Please submit details for this entrance with the construction plan set. The plans for the bridge were still not found in the submitted construction plan set. 2. Previous Comment 18 of a letter dated November 30, 2012. Please label the curb return radii for the Springmill entrance. The City's standard requires commercial entrances to have a 30 -foot curb return radii. 3. Previous Comment 19 of a letter dated November 30, 2012. Please indicate the milling and resurfacing of the entire width of Springmill across the limits of the auxiliary lanes on Springmill. The LDS Temple is not resurfacing Springmill Road. This project will be responsible for milling and resurfacing the entire width of Springmill to the limits of the City's 116'h Street /Springmill roundabout project. Any milling and resurfacing will count toward this development's Thoroughfare commitments. 4. Previous Comment 20 of a letter dated November 30, 2012. On C202: b. Acceleration /Deceleration Dimension Plan: Please indicate the subsurface drain, including the connection to the storm sewer system. The subsurface drain needs to be extended to outlet back into the site. c. Please indicate the lane markings on Springmill Road, including the double yellow centerline, solid white lane line, and edge markings. Please include the edge markings. 5. Previous Comment 23 of a letter dated November 30, 2012. Sheet C300: c. Are the pipes shown under Springmill and 1 16 "' Streets existing or proposed? Are these being accommodated into the site? These pipes need to be accommodated. 6. Previous Comment 34 of a letter dated November 30, 2012. Please include the City Standard Drawing for Commercial Driveways. Standard Detail 10 -18 has not been included. 7. The southern entrance on Illinois needs to align with the opposing entrance off Illinois so that the left turns do not conflict.
