a survey prepared by Allan H.
Weihe, Registered Land Surveyor
Indiana A10308; dated 4/15/77.
2. Drainage system was designed
based on approved drainage plan
developed by Allan H. Weihe,
PE, L.S., dated 5/31/77.
3. Detention pond areas shall
maintain a minimum storage of
1.16 acre - feet below a
storage fluxatior of 4.5 feet,
with a twelve inch corrugated
metal discharge Pipe.
4. All slopes of the detention
ponds shall maintain a maximum
side slope of 1% to 1. Area
shall be covered with #2 stone
or gravel.
All. drainage from the site is
to flow to the detention ponds,
to be discharged at a constant
rate.
6. All utilities near detention
Ponds shall be protected or
relocated.
7. Secure and pay for all permits
i,cluding, but not limited to
-er connection, sewer con -
ue<tion, building hermit, etc.
8. Verifv locations of all
u'iliti.es with respective utility
�mpanies prior to the start of
construction. Adequately

during earth moving and
