HEARING OFFICER OF THE CARMEL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Docket No. 05030027 V
The Hearing Officer of the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a meeting on
the 27th day of June, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. at Carmel City Hall, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana
46032 forthe purposes of holding a public hearing' on Frank Hahn's ("Petitioner")
developmental standards variance application for the property located at 2850 E. 96th Street.
The Petitioner requests a developmental standards variance of ~27.03.02 of the Cannel Zoning
Ordinance to eliminate required curbing from the boundary of the parking area.
, The property that is the subj ect of the developmental standards variance' application is
located at 2850 E. 96th Street in Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana and is further
described in the following legal description:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 17 North,
Range 4 East, in Hamilton County, Indiana, described as follows:
Begin at a point two hundred (200) feet East of the, Southwest comer of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section, Township and Range, run thence East along the South line of said Southeast
Quarter one hundred twelve and eight hundredths (112.08) feet; thence,North parallel with the
West line of said Southea~t Quarter three hundred, (300) feet; thence West parallel with the South
line of said Southeast Quarter one hundred twelve and eight hundredths (112.08) feet; thence
, South parallel with the West line of said Southeast Quarter three hundred (300) feet, to the place
of beginning.
The application is identified as Docket No. 05030027 V.
Interested persons desiring to present their comments either in writing or verbally will be
given the opportunity to. be heard at the aforementioned time and place.
The application and plans may be reviewed at the Carmel Department of Community Services
office located at Cannel City Hall, 1 Civic Square, Cannel, Indiana 46032. The hearing may be
continued ttom time-to-time as may be found necessary.
