Locate lighting fixtures as required to avoid mechanical ductwork, etc.. 3. Electronic filters #1, #2, #3, & #4 shall be wired to Circuit A -10. 4. Humidifiers #1, #2, #2, & #4 shall be wired to Circuit A -12. 5. Unless otherwise noted, duplex receptacles shall be installed at +12" above finished floor to bottom. Where otherwise noted, dimension is to bottom of receptacle. 6. Recessed, flush, 2 gang Hubbel #B4233 box with one duplex receptacle and duplex cover plate S -3825 and one S -2825 cover plate with telephone cable adapter (2) 1/2" conduits under floor to wall and up. Provide a pull string in telephone conduit. 7- Duplex receptacle and one S -3825 cover plate. 1/2" conduit under floor. 8- Provide wall box with cover plate and 1/2" conduit up to accessible ceiling space at each location shown for a telephone outlet, or cable T.V. outlet.
