The site is zoned B-3/Bus.iness, within the Carmel Drive/Range Line Road Overlay Zone. APPROVED: Docket No. 12020014 V ZO Chptr 23F.05 Building Setbacks—Shall only apply to the new bank building along 116"'Street. Docket No. 12020022 V ZO Chptr 23F.14 Pedestrian Circulation— CONDITIONED UPON the petitioner to,within six months,either a)make a contribution into the Non-Reverting Thoroughfare Fund for the required right-of-way improvements along Range Line Road and/or b)enter into an agreement with the City of Carmel for the payment of such right-of-way improvements within six(6)months of the streetscape installation on Range Line Road. In order to assist.the Department's review,please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
