APPROVED:Docket Nos.12020015 V through 12020017 V: Development Standards Variances for building orientation less than 70%frontage;building height not two occupiable floors(This variance does not apply to the proposed new retail building at the southeast corner of the site.);and building footprint floor area ratio less than.5 percent. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years.By that time,either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department.The expiration date of the approvals is March 6,2015.
