Olds, AIA Director of Redevelopment One Civic Square Carmel, Indiana 46032 RE: Appraisal Fee Proposal 35 West Main Street, Carmel, IN Dear Mr. Olds: At your request, I have considered the time and work involved to appraise the "as is" market value of the fee simple interest in the above captioned property. As with previous assignments in the area, the appraisal would be Complete and written in a Self - Contained Report format as defined in the reporting requirements set forth under Standards Rule 2 -2 (a) of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as well as the Supplemental Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute. My fee to perform this assignment is $2,000.00. It is my understanding that you will need my opinion of value on or before January 2, anticipate this being a problem as long as the report can be submitted at a later date. In need to know who to contact in order to schedule an appointment to inspect the property.
