The site is zoned B-3/Business and lies within the US 421/Michigan Road Corridor Overlay Zone. APPROVED: Docket No. 12030013 PP,Frontage Road,The Domain at Bennett Farms(Bennett Technology Park)was approved with the condition/requirement that the sidewalk on the east side of the frontage road not be built until the petitioner returns for Secondary Plat approval; and that the street will be extended all the way to the southern property line no gap between the end of the road and the property to the south. In order to assist the Department's review,please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
