NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE
THE CARMEL PLAN COMMISSION
Docket No.12030013-DP/PP
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel Plan Com-
mission meeting on April 17, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. in the
City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel,
Indiana, 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Pri-
mary Plat application for the platting of a lot and
right-of-way for a new road to be constructed from
Bennett Parkway south to the limits of Bennett
Technology Park.
The property address is: SW corner of US 421/Mich-
igan Rd, and Bennett Pkwy.
The application is identified as
Docket No. 12030013-DP/PP.
The real estate affected by said application is de-
scribed as follows:
Part of the west half of Section 6, Township 17
North, Range 3 East in Hamilton County, Indiana de-
scribed as follows:
Begginning at a 5/8" rebar with cap marked
SCHNEIDER ENG FIRM#0001" at the northeast cor-
ner of the southeast quarter of Section 01, Town-
shio 17 North. Rance 02 East in Boone County. Indi-
quarter of Section 01 a distance of 55.03 feet;
thence North 73 degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds
East perpendicular to the centerline of US Highway
421 a distance of 131.23 feet; thence North 28 de-
grees 44 minutes 45 seconds East 35.36 feet; thence
North 73 degrees 44 minutes45 seconds East per-
pendicular to the centerline of US Highway 421 a
distance of 50.00 feet to said centerline; thence
South 16 degrees 15 minutes 15 seconds East along
said centerline 786.72 feet to the easterly extension
of a fence line as it existed on March 29, 1995;
