5. This item will appear on the Tuesday,Oct.16 meeting agenda of the Plan Commission (under"New
Business"),which begins at 6 pm. (A representative must be present.)
6. This item might also appear on the WEDNESDAY,Nov. 7 meeting agenda of a Plan Commission Sub-
