FOR RAMA CARWASH MODIFICATIONS RE: Rama Carwash Modifications Dear Angie Conn: Included in this submittal are a more complete set of construction plans for the proposed modifications to the existing Carwash on Carmel Drive. Copies of these plans have also been distributed to members of the Technical Advisory Committee for review and it is our intention to work with them to address any comments that they have. One item I would like to address specifically is the sign package. Our initial sign package submittal brought to light a number of variance issues regarding size and height of our signs. We will be evaluating and fine tuning our original submittal and it is likely we will submit a variance request to the BZA. Our request to the sub-committee is that they consider approval of the site modifications with a condition on the signs that they be installed per the outcome of the BZA hearings.
