Dear Justin: Pursuant to Section 23D.04 of the Carmel Zoning Ordinance, the Department of Community Services has taken the following administrative action regarding the request of Site Plan and Design Review (SDR) in Old Town for the property located at 311 2°' Ave NE: APPROVED with Conditions: The Department approved the attached site plan and revised architectural building elevations, with the understanding that part 2 of this SDR application will be review /approval of the landscape plan/tree preservation plan and color palate of the exterior house colors. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
