One American Square Suite 2000,Box 82064 Indianapolis,IN 46282 Re: St. Vincent Women's Center: Docket Nos. 12120006 V through 12120012 V Dear Mr. Hicks: At the meeting held Tuesday,January 29,2013,the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances(V)filed by you for the property located at 13400 North Meridian Street: APPROVED: Docket No. 12120006 V 90 foot build-to line required,further setback requested Docket No. 12120007 V Parking not allowed between the build-to line and US 31 Docket No. 12120008 V Straight concrete curb on parking islands required Docket No. 12120009 V Wall sign not facing right-of-way,West Docket No. 12120010 V Wall sign not facing right-of-way,East Docket No. 12120011 V 6' max ground sign height allowed,8'10" proposed Docket No. 12120012 V Directional signs 3 sq. ft.and 3'tall allowed, 16 sq.ft.and 4' tall proposed Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance,the aforementioned Development Standard Variance approvals are valid for three(3)years. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for a one-time,six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approvals is January 29,2016. Please include a copy of this letter with any permit application.
