RE: Docket No. 12120013 ADLS Amend Holiday Inn Changeover for Country Inn & Suites
Dear Lee:
The Subdivision Committee took the following action at its meeting on February 5, 2013 regarding an
application for approval for exterior building facade changes and signage changes. The site is located
at 9797 N. Michigan Road and is zoned B-6/Business,with the US 421 Overlay Zone.
APPROVED 5-0 with CONDITIONS: Docket No. 12120013 ADLS Amend Holiday Inn
• Replace any dead or missing landscaping, to comply with 1997 landscape plan and
coordinate with City Forester.
• Add bicycle racks at front and rear building entrances
• to approve the EIFS wall sign area contingent upon the wall sign being approved
by the BZA (variance for total number of signs and two signs fa cing one ROW).
(Otherwise, that element will remain brick.)
• Add path connection from Michigan Road path to building entrance,which will be pavers
or similar material
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application
for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
