CONDITIONS OR DESIGN INTENT, THE CONTRACTOR
THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. THE ARCHITECT
SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING
ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DRAWINGS,
CLARIFICATION FROM THE ARCHITECT PRIOR TO BID

THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND RETURN THEM TO
THE REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING THE
THE CONTRACTOR WITHIN SEVEN (7) WORKING DAYS
PERFORMANCE AND LEVEL OF QUALITY EXPECTED OF
EXCEPT AS MAY OTHERWISE BE PROVIDED FOR BY

OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE OWNER FOR WORK

PERFORMED UNTIL THE CONDITIONS ARE MADE

AFFIX THEM SEAL AND SIGNATURE TO SHOP DRAWINGS
SUBSTITUTIONS OF SPECIFIED ITEMS SHALL BE
AND CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW.
