Proposed ADLS Amendment
This is a request to amend the ADLS approval granted in April 2004, as previously
amended in August 2004, in Case 04010026 DP/ADLS, for the property at 11411 Michigan
Road. The petitioner desires to remove the existing garage doors on a 1,240 block garage
building, and replace them with a building fac;ade, including windows, similar to that on the
converted residential structure on the property. The petitioner also desires to replace a woven
wire fence that currently runs north and south through the property with a solid fence, to screen
the unimproved area at the back part of the property from the newly-improved front part of the
property.
