The porous asphalt sections appear to be located with Common Areas. Please also indicate these as BMP or Drainage Easements on the construction plans. The construction plans have been updated to indicate that the Common Areas are also Drainage&Utility Easements(D&UE). 2. Please make sure these easements are shown on the plat. The Common Areas are shown on the plat and the Covenants & Restrictions shall fully detail what the Common Areas include and whom is responsible. The CCR's will be recorded as a separate document and cross-referenced on the plat. 3. There is a significant chance that pollutants, such as floatables, may enter the underground detention system from Structure #6. A control, such as a snout hood, would prevent this from occurring and provide a second treatment BMP for onsite street drainage. Please revise and update O&M sheets. The construction plans and O&M Manual have been revised to include a snout BMP within Str.#6. The engineers estimate has also been revised to include the additional BMP device. 4. Please provide a cross section of the porous asphalt and associated underdrain in the O&M Please see the revised O&M Manual for the applicable cross sections. S. The location of the Snouts and sumps on the site map is not clear. Please clarify. Please see the revised O&M Manual for the updated site map. 6. The location of all BMP related SSD's need to be shown more clearly and called out on the O&M site map. Please see the revised O&M Manual for the location of all SSD's on the updated site map. 7. A notarized owner acknowledgement agreement will be needed for the final O&M submittal. Please see the enclosed O&M Manual that has been signed & notarized. I could not find the note for the paving in the right-of-way to be completed in the same season. The required paving note can be found on Sheet 300,#10,within the "Site Dimension Notes" section. 2. We have reviewed the Maintenance of Traffic Plan for the BPW request and we will not support the use of the parking spaces for maintaining traffic. Those spaces are for the use of the general public and the residents. The plan will need to be revised to utilize flaggers to maintain at least one lane of travel. The MOT plan, for construction of the sanitary sewer, has been revised to indicate that flaggers shall be used to maintain one travel lane. 3. Is a swale being created along the south property line? It appears to be so looking at the grading plan. Is an SSD proposed under this swale? If it is a swale, an SSD will be required. It also looks like the area is being graded right up to the property line and is likely to compromise the existing trees. A swale will not be constructed along the south property line. Per prior conversations, this area is considered to be direct discharge. It has also been discussed that the installation of the storm sewers may compromise the existing trees; therefore, Justin has met with Darren and committed to field adjust the storm sewers in the event a tree can be saved. 4. Thank you for indicating the flood route. Please utilize a bolder arrow as the arrow used is not readily distinguishable from local flow arrows on the grading plan. The flood routing arrows have been revised to be bolder& more distinguishable. Was that taken into account with this design? 10.While the P&P sheets shows the off-site pipe having cover,based on the provided invert elevations,pipe sizes,and existing grade,I calculate that the pipe will stick approximately 9"out of the ground in parts of the existing detention basin in Bethenridge. Please review and revise accordingly. 11.Are all appropriate easement in place for the off-site storm sewer to cross property owned by other individuals? 12.
