FIRST FLOOR
GENERAL NOTES
1. All work on projects must comply with all current local,
State and National codes applicable.
2. Verify all existing conditions prior to the start of
construction. Notify designer /architect immediately of
conflicts prior to proceeding with work.
3. NIC - "Not In Contract." Contractor to coordinate
and verify as to blocking, hook -up, and other
requirements with owner.
4. Contractor to verify dimensions and existing situations and
notify Eden Design Associates of any discrepancies before
proceeding with construction
ELECTRICAL
PLAN NOTES
1. This electrical, telephone ,& computer receptacle plan is for
locationonly. Complete technical engineering is by others.
Confirmation by electrical contractor or engineer is required
for any information indicated on this drawing for proper
adherence to codes, circuitry or power requirements.
2. Verify existing electrical locations and reuse where -ever
possible. Any remaining electrical lines not reused to be
removed and /or capped off as required.
3. The electrical contractor shall notify Eden Design of any
discrepancies between contract documents and applicable
codes prior to construction.
4. The electrical contractor will bear all costs arising in
correcting any non - compliance with the requirement of
applicable codes.
5. Furniture dealer to provide (3) convenience outlets -per work
station
6. Furniture dealer to provide (1) dedicated outlet per every 6
stations for shared printer use.
7. There is to be (3) computers maximum on one electrical
circuit
8. Provide (2) 4 -pair cables to every work station for telephone
and data.
9. All wiring is to be Class 5
10. Furniture supplier to provide (2) power columns at each end
of pod for data and electrical requirements. See plan for
approximate location.
11. Provide junction box above ceiling for power column
hook up. Contractor to be responsible for hardwire hook-
up from building source to furniture power columns.
12. Coke Machine
13. Furniture dealer to provide (1) convenience outlet in
powered panel on interior corridor side for each pod.
