Dear Mr. Prosser:
The Special Studies Committee of the Cannel Plan Commission took the following action at its
meeting February 7, 2012 regarding an application for site plan and design approval for a new
bank building located at 205 East Cannel Drive. The site is zoned B-8/Business and lies
within the Cannel Drive/Range Line Road Overlay Zone.
APPROVED: Docket No. 11110009 DP-ADLS,Fifth Third Bank was approved with the following
commitment:
Establishment of a Cross-Access Easement and a copy of the recorded document
furnished to the Department of Community Services.
In order to assist the Department's review,please attach a copy of this letter when making application for permits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
