Description of potential pollutant sources associated with the construction activities Locations where stormwater may be directly discharged into groundwater, such as abandoned wells or sinkholes Location of proposed soil stockpiles, borrow, and/or disposal areas These areas shall be included as part of the plans whether they occur on or off site. Brief description of how the site has accommodated the existing soil limitations Temporary and permanent stormwater quality measures: Temporary and Permanent surface stabilization methods appropriate for each season Each plan should contain multiple stormwater pollution prevention measures. All measures will not be installed at the same time. Various measures will be installed at different times throughout the construction process. Some will be installed prior to land disturbance, and others may not be installed until work at the site progresses to an area where they are necessary. Each proposed measure should be identified in the sequence as to when it is to be installed in relation to the land disturbing activities. 12)X 13)X a.X b.X c.X 14)X a.Name X b.Address X c.Telephone Number X d.Email Address X e.List of qualifications X 15)X Provide application rates for soil amendments and seed mixtures, as well as, the type and application rate for mulch. Erosion and sediment control specifications for individual building lots Comments 1)Construction limits should be expanded to include all disturbance, including the installation of temporary storm water controls. Due to the pond expansion, it may be beneficial to provide a initial storm water plan showing existing conditions and initial storm water controls. 8) a.Please show location of temporary construction entrance. Perimeter protection should extend along the proposed edge of curb in the southern portion of the site that borders the existing pond and proposed pond expansion. A protection should be shown protecting the existing outlet of the pond. Please provide controls needed to expand the existing pond. A dewatering control is needed to draw down the existing pond prior to grading. A raised or floating intake should be utilized and then a protected sump should be used to keep the levels down during grading. Clean water can be pumped directly to the outlet. d.Provide a detail for the dewatering controls (draw down intake, sump intake during grading). Provide a detail for the existing outlet protection. This does not need to be as invasive as a rock check dam. It could be a check dam made of filter tubes. 9) 11)Please provide a planting species lists for the native wetland shelf/pond banks and indicate the parameters of the plantings on the SWPPP. The method of expanding the proposed pond should be detailed in the construction sequence.
