The Carmel Plan Commission took the following action at its meeting on January 15, 2013,regarding
an applicant that seeks site plan and design approval for 2 free-standing commercial buildings that front
on 115th Street. The site is located at 11405 Springmill Road and is zoned PUD/Planned Unit
Development.
APPROVED: Docket No. 12100019 DP: The Bridges PUD—Commercial Amenity Use Block,
Phase 1,Docket No. 12100020 ADLS: CVS Pharmacy,Docket No. 12100021
ADLS: Commercial Building was approved as presented to the Plan Commission.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making application
for permits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
