Note: Refer to Life Safety plans for fire rated structure(s). Provide proper fire stopping at these locations, refer to specifications. All penetrations thru ceiling structure to exterior plaza level shall have a 3 hour fire rating. Note: Contractor shall coordinate with all trades with conduit/power feeder routing and sanitary/water/storm piping and fire protection lines to avoid any conflicts of installation. Overhead conduit and power to be installed high to structure as possible. All work must be above 10' -6" above finished garage floor including all clevises and brackets to piping, conduit, fittings and fixtures. Refer to details #2, #3, and #4 on sheet EP700 for typical conduit routing. Note: Contractor shall refer to "T" series sheets for additional conduit, junction box, rough -in installation and grounding for low voltage systems including phone, IT, security and sound system as required. Contractor shall have all costs, material and labor included in the bid proposal associated with the Technology Plans. GENERAL NOTES: A. All 120 volt, 20 amp circuits over 100' in length shall be #10 AWG, over 160' in length shall be #8 AWG, and over 275' in length shall be #6 AWG. B. All 277 volt, 20 amp circuits over 200' in length shall be #10 AWG, over 275' in length shall be #8 AWG, and over 400' in length shall be #6 AWG. C. Contractor shall coordinate with all other trades to avoid conflicts of space. D. Contractor shall coordinate the exact location of all devices with all other trades prior to rough -in. Exact location to be determined in the field. E. Refer to sheet EP700 for symbols and details. F. Refer to sheet EP700 for light fixture schedule. G. Refer to sheet EP601 for panel schedules. H. Contractor shall coordinate with the mechanical and plumbing contractors for exact locations of equipment prior to rough -in. PLAN NOTES: OCommunications junction box near ceiling structure. Refer to "T" series sheets for detailed information. O8 Circuit(s) will originate from a Future "House Panel ". SProvide junction box(es) at ceiling structure to combine circuit runs. Stub conduit(s) from junction box(es) to above for connection of circuit(s) to future panelboard. GConduits to be installed at ceiling structure and above proposed storm pipe. Coordinate prior to installation. GContractor shall install conduit tight to ceiling and structure in retail areas to maximise available ceiling heights for future tenants.
