Hi Gail. . . would you mind putting a copy of the executed Amendment on the Carmel Signage in the mail
to the Carmel Site, Attention: Matt Tolley, Property Manager.
Matt. . . once recieved, please keep a copy of the Amendment (w/sketch attached) in file and provide a
copy to the local Sign-A-Rama representative whom will be put in contact with you shortly.
Gene. . . please provide Matt's phone number (317-810-2265) to your local rep so he can make
arrangements with him to pick up a copy of the Amendment and sign sketch and take it to the City for
permitting. Please let me know once permitting from the City is obtained.

ADDENDUM #1 TO LEASE AGREEMENT
This Addendum # I to Lease Agreement (the "Addendum") is entered into this 27th day of April,
2005, by and between TECHNOLOGY CENTER ASSOCIATES, L.P., an Indiana limited partnership,
c/o REI Rea] Estate Services, LLC, I 171 1 N. Pennsylvania Street, Suite 200, Carmel, Indiana
46032 ("Landlord"), and HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III, a Delaware corporation, 2700
Sanders Road, Prospect Heights, Illinois 60070 ("Tenant").
RECIT ALS
A. Pursuant to that certain Lease Agreement dated November 19, 2003 ("Lease") Tenant
leased certain leased premises known as Suites 300, 400 and 500 located at III
Congressional Boulevard, Cannel, Hamilton County, Indiana 46032, and containing one
hundred thousand fifty-three (100,053) rentable square feet of office space.
B. Landlord and Tenant have agreed that Tenant shall have the right to install signage on the
exterior of the Building and have therefore agreed to supplement, modify and amend the
Lease as set forth herein.
AGREEMENT
]. PART III" PARAGRAPH M. EXTERIOR SIGNAGE is hereby suppJemented, modified and
amended to add the following language:
M. Exterior Sie:oae:e.
Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shaH have the right to install exterior building
signage. The size, sh~pe, design, and location of the sign shall require the
approval of the Landlord, any and all applicable municipal approvals, and any
other applicable governing body. Tenant shall be solely responsible for the
installation, any and all maintenance of and repair to Tenant's exterior signage,
including but not limited to any utility costs incurred by the maintenance and use
of such exterior signage. Upon the expiration or earlier tennination of this Lease,
Tenant, at it's sole cost and expense, shall be responsible for the removal alJ of
Tenant's exterior signage and repair any damage to the Building caused by, or
related to, the installation and/or removal of such signage and shall return the
exterior signage area to it's original condition.
All other terms and conditions of the Lease not expressly supplemented, modified or amended
hereby shall continue in full force and effect and remain unmodified.
