New Retail Banking Center with Drive Thru

KRG Hamilton Crossing, LLC, the owner of the retail center known as
Hamilton Crossing East, (the "Center"), and JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A.,
(the "Bank"), are requesting an amendment of the approved Architectural
Design, Landscaping, Exterior Lighting and Signage package for the Center
to allow for the reconstruction necessary to locate a retail banking center
with drive-thru facilities in the Center.
The proposed banking center will consist of 3,699 square feet of floor
area in the Center together with two drive-thru banking lanes and one ATM
drive-thru lane. The site plan for the Center is being revised to
accommodate these improvements by creating a one-way private drive
from east to west. Integral to the revised site plan is the addition of new
directional signage to clearly direct patrons to the drive-thru facilities.
The Bank is proposing two new wall identification signs for the
banking center. The proposed signs are to be located on the west and east
facades of the building. The sign on the east facade will be subject to the
approval by the Carmel Board of Zoning Appeals of an amendment to
certain zoning commitments which allow signage on the east facade for
tenants occupying 4,500 square feet or more.
