THIS PROCESS MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE AN IMPROVEMENT LOCATION PERMIT WILL BE ISSUED.
This checklist is to be followed in filing a petition. The Department will review each item to ensure it is complete. The
application will not be considered filed with the Department until all items are complete.

Department) to schedule a pre - application conference, during which the petitioners will be advised of the details of

Included with this letter is a site design review application and supplemental information
for 338 3rd Ave NE at Blackwell Park. We are filing these plans on behalf of our clients
Ben and Maribeth Streff.
As previously discussed, we will be submitting this SDR package in two phases. Today
we are submitting the required information in order for us to pull the building permit.
This includes both the lot plan and the home plans with four -sided elevations.
The items we will provide for you at a later date, but prior to finalization of the home and
installation will be the following:
• Exterior Colors for Paint, Gutters, Roofing, and Brick
• Landscape Plan
