10 REFLECTED CEILING PLAN
1. CONTRACTOR TO PERFORM FIELD INSPECTION OF HVAC PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION AND IS TO PROVIDE SEPARATE ESTIMATE TO BUILDING OWNER
FOR ANY REPAIRS NECCESSARY TO THE HVAC SYSTEM. CONTRACTOR WILL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REPAIRS DUE TO DAMAGE DURING SUBSEQUENT
DEMOLITION OR CONSTRUCTION.
2. DIMENSIONS GIVEN ARE FROM FACE OF WALL TO CENTERLINE OF LIGHT FIXTURE
(U.N.0)
3. PROVIDE BUILDING STANDARD FLUORESCENT LIGHT FIXTURES, UNLESS NOTED
OTHERWISE IN LIGHT FIXTURE SCHEDULE, THROUGHOUT TENANT'S LEASE
SPACE. ALL WIRING WITHIN TENANT'S LEASE SPACE TO BE BY CONTRACTOR.
4. CONTRACTOR TO NOTIFY ENGINEER AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF
CEILING TILE INSTALLATION FOR PLENUM INSPECTION_
5. PROVIDE STENCILING ABOVE LAY-IN CEILING USING THE FOLLOWING
VERBAGE= "FIRE AND SMOKE BARRIER- PROTECT ALL OPENINGS ". STENCILS
SHALL BE LOCATED ON BOTH SIDES OF ROTATED PARTITIONS AND PLACED
EVERY 6' -0" O.C.
6. PRIOR TO ORDERING FIXTURES, CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ADEQUATE DEPTH
BETWEEN CEILING GRID AND ANY OBSTRUCTIONS IN PLENUM THAT WOULD
PREVENT INSTALLATIONS AND NOTIFY STAFFELBACH IMMEDIATELY.
7. THERMOSTATS TO BE LOCATED FREE AND CLEAR OF FURNITURE SYSTEMS.
8. ANY DAMAGE OR MODIFICATIONS TO EXISTING ACOUSTICAL INSULATION IN THE
PLENUM RESULTING FROM DEMOLITION/ BUILD -BACK SHALL BE REPAIRED TO
LIKE LEVEL OF SOUND ATTENUATION.
9. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE NEW FIRE PROTECTION, IE, FIRE ALARMS,
DETECTORS, SPEAKERS, STROBES, 24 HOUR EMERGENCY LIGHTS, ETC.
CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL ALL EMERGENCY WARNING
SYSTEMS PER ALL APPLICABLE STATE AND LOCAL CODE REQUIREMENTS.
ALL EMERGENCY WARNING SYSTEMS SHALL INCLUDE BOTH AUDIBLE
AND VISUAL ALARM DEVICES THAT COMPLY WITH ADA TITLE.
GENERAL NOTES
1. 24 HOUR EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND EXIT LIGHTS TENTATIVELY LOCATED ON
MEP PLANS PENDING CODE APPROVAL. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY QUANTITY
AND LOCATIONS FOR 24 HOUR EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND EXIT SIGNS
REQUIRED BY CODE_
2. CONTRACTOR TO BALANCE HVAC AS REQUIRED PER CODE AND TO PROVIDE
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WITH A CERTIFIED AIR BALANCE REPORT FROM A
LANDLORD APPROVED HVAC CONTRACTOR.
I CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE NEW AND RELOCATE EXISTING SPRINKLER HEADS
AS REQUIRED BY CODE IN AREAS OR NEW CONSTRUCTION.

01 PROVIDE NEW BUILDING STANDARD CEILING TILE AND GRID THROUGHOUT SUITE.
02 LOCATE AIR SUPPLY AND RETURN GRILLES AS INDICATED ON PLAN.

INDICATED ON PLAN. EXHAUST FAN TO BE MOUNTED TO EXHAUST
DIRECTLY INTO PLENUM.
