10. THE DESIGN, ADEQUACY AND SAFETY OF ERECTION
BRACING, SHORING, TEMPORARY SUPPORT, ETC. IS
THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.
11. WHERE THERE 15 A CONFLICT BETWEEN DRAWINGS
AND SPECIFICATIONS, CONTACT THE ARCHITECT FOR
CLARIFICATION BEFORE PROCEEDING.
12. ALL WORK PERFORMED UNDER THIS CONTRACT
SHALL MEET ALL STATE BUILDING CODES, THE
NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE, AND THE REQUIREMENTS
OF THE LOCAL AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION.
